LAUGHTER IS THE MEDITERRANEAN WAY OF MEDITATING

The musical group “Chainides” counts seventeen years of successful appearances all over Greece, playing the arty folk songs that have made them so popular.

The "Chainides" took form when some students at the University of Crete turned their hobby into a life path. From these initial members two continue to be part in the group, though they refuse any kind of leadership, stating that all members decide on the group’s orientation.
